Sofia is passionate about leadership psychology and supporting people to embrace and overcome the beliefs that impact their performance and development. Her corporate background helps her relate to the challenges of her coachees while holding space to help them create awareness and evaluate their decision-making process. She leverages the power of dilemmas in one’s experience as a vehicle for growth and transformation.

Memberships, Affiliations, and Supervision

Sofia is a member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) Harvard Medical School Affiliate, and she regularly attends CPD events and supervision in line with best practice guidelines.

Her coaching is grounded in her ability to draw from several modalities (Humanistic, Behavioural, Gestalt, Systemic) based on the coachees’ needs. Sofia has a particular interest in the developing area of Vertical Development Coaching, where she is planning to contribute to academic research for the development of the field.
