Eileen Woodford

Profile

Eileen has worked in Executive Coaching for over 15 years, in the private, corporate and public sector. Her background is in business, where her entrepreneurial spirit saw her begin and successfully run different businesses, gaining wide experience in Management, purchasing, sales, customer service, project management, problem solving and planning. However, after training and working as a coach, she realised
that Coaching was not just a career, it was a passion. Her approach is always client centred, believing that we (individually or as a team) always have our own answers, and if not, then enabling the client(s) to have the awareness to know their limitations, acknowledge them and reach for the solutions from others or elsewhere. This empowers the clients(s) and creates huge learning and development, increasing awareness of the fact that many of the limitations they thought they had, were created within.

Qualifications:

Eileen has a Diploma in Business, Executive & Personal Coaching, and a Diploma in Adult Education. She is also accredited in the use of the Harthill Leadership Development Profile and MHS EQ-I 2.0 Emotional Intelligence assessment and is currently studying for a Masters in Personal & Management Coaching with UCC Cork.

Memberships:

Eileen is a member of the Association for Coaching (AC). She is committed to CPD, as she believes we all need to keep moving forward, constantly learning and applying that learning. Eileen holds full professional indemnity insurance.

Key Skills:

Eileen’s key skill is her ability to connect with people at all levels, easily creating a
safe environment to underpin the Coaching relationship and development work. She
is extremely interested in enabling people (or teams) to capitalise on the abilities
they have within them, and enabling them to maximise their potential and grow.
Whilst extremely supportive in her role as a Coach, Eileen is not afraid to challenge
when necessary believing that the combination of support and challenge is what
encourages the client(s) to move beyond what they thought they were capable of.

Interests

Eileen is fascinated with people and how they react within their environment. She
truly loves to be able to facilitate their growth in awareness, and to see and
experience the abilities they have. She believes everyone has the power to shine in
their own way, and our own uniqueness and what we each have to contribute is of
great value to our work places and life in general.
