Eileen Woodford
Diploma in Business, Executive & Personal Coaching

Profile
Eileen has worked in coaching and training for the past 12 years in the Private,
Corporate and Public Sectors. Her background is in business, where her
entrepreneurial spirit saw her start and successfully run different businesses,
gaining wide experience in Management, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service,
Project Management, Problem Solving and Planning. However, after training and
working as a coach, she realised that Coaching was not just a career, for her it was a
passion. Her approach is always client centred, believing that we (individually or as
a team) always have our own answers, and if not, then enabling her clients to have
the awareness to know their limitations, acknowledge them and reach for the
solutions from others or elsewhere. This empowers her clients and creates huge
learning, increasing awareness of the fact that many of the limitations they thought
they had, were created within.
Eileen is also a Career Consultant with LHH (Ireland) and an external Trainer with
NLTS (Ireland)
Qualifications:
Eileen has a Diploma in Business, Executive & Personal Coaching, along with a Diploma in
Adult Education. She is accredited in the use of: MHS EQ-I 2.0 Emotional
Intelligence assessment and DISC – both of which can be used with individuals and
teams.
Memberships:
Eileen is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management, London and a full
member of the Association for Coaching. She is committed to CPD as she
believes that in order to reach our potential we all need to keep moving forward,
constantly learning and then applying that learning. Eileen holds full professional
indemnity insurance.
Key Skills:
One of Eileen’s key skills is her ability to connect with people at all levels, easily creating a
safe environment to underpin the Coaching relationship and development work. She
is extremely interested in enabling people and teams capitalise on the abilities
they have within them, thereby enabling them maximise their potential and grow.
Whilst extremely supportive in her role as a Coach, she is not afraid to challenge when
necessary, believing that the combination of support and challenge is what
encourages her clients to move beyond what they thought they were capable of.
