The primary goal of Executive Development is to improve a person’s effectiveness at work in ways linked to overall business strategy and objectives. However at Ignite we don’t just do that, we also place a strong emphasis on alignment between what people want for themselves and what work gives them to support this ambition and vice versa.
Ours is a facilitated learning, development and change process. We act as a facilitative change agent, sounding board, and challenger primarily working one-to-one with and in support of the client. This is a collaborative equal partnership within a confidential and creative space. Our goal is to create sustainable change in the client’s effectiveness through their behaviour, thought patterns, values, purpose and performance to the benefit of both the client and their employer.
